Windows XP SP3
The public release of Windows XP Service Pack 3 comes out on April 29. I'm downloading it now (benefits of TechNet and MSDN) and will have it installed this weekend. The ISO is 544MB for 32-bit, so I'll see where this weighs in against the size of SP2.

SP3 is 324MB, which is more than the 270MB(ish) size of SP2.
